Outstanding Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Graphic Developer in Arusha, Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing layouts, illustrations, and images for various mediums such as websites, advertisements, leaflets, packaging, and more.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing materials.
Develop digital assets, collaborating with the marketing team to understand their requirements and create creative solutions.
Maintain brand consistency as per company guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Coordinate with external vendors such as publishing companies or photographers.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and analyze competitors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the service sector or luxury brands.
Design knowledge and understanding of the latest trends, design techniques, tools, and principles involved in product designs and layouts.
Understanding of media products, communication, and distribution methods and styles. This includes effective ways to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media.
