  • We are currently seeking a motivated and highly educated individual to join us in the role of Online Data Analyst.
  • Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse online sources, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Working with large datasets, you will identify trends, patterns, and correlations, contributing to the optimization of online processes, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Online Performance: Track and analyze our online performance across various digital channels including social media platforms, websites, and forums.
    Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to dissect data gathered from online sources, identifying patterns, trends, and sentiment. This involves measuring engagement criteria such as clicks, likes, shares, comments, and mentions.
  • Audience Insights: Study the demographics, interests, and behaviors of online audiences to gain insight into their preferences and requirements.
  • Content Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to optimize content strategies. Identify high-performing content types, themes, and formats to drive engagement and enhance visibility.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online engagement and digital marketing.
  • Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
    2-3 years of relevant work experience.
